D'Overbroeck's does not care much for hierarchy or status, and focuses more on students as individuals with their own individual needs. It takes a holistic approach to education, ensuring that the students are well looked after in every aspect of their time at school, from personal development to academic achievements and involvement in extra-curricular activities. The latest inspection report highly praises D'Overbroeck's' ability to be finely tuned into what each and every student needs to reach their potential. They have an excellent range of extra-curricular activities, and students are found to be articulate, engaging, creative and hard working, and the quality of students' personal development and achievements is excellent. Furthermore, they do very well in examinations. In 2017, 63% achieved A*-A grades at A level, and they were ranked 27th in the national league table of 2017 for co-educational Independent schools.
